Pros

Working in Ascendix for 3 years I will highlight say that all of team members are real professionals. They are well- motivated, that's why they are result-oriented. Also, a big plus is senior management support. Our relationships are built in such a manner, that we try to prevent risks rather than deal with them, when they happened.

The company spirit is about people, work and balance. Not just "buzzy words", the company takes care of employees.

Cons

If you are looking for a custom development, then there are not many different projects. It is more about Salesforce and the property market.
