      Family oriented Great Benefits, including additional holidays, paid birthday off, IRA match Friendly environment Growing company with opportunities to move up within the company Salary competitive Strong core values Community committed Promotes education -industry related classes paid for upfront, policy for education

      Working for a smaller company has it's pros and cons. I can honestly say the pros far out weigh the cons!

      Flexible schedule, provides benefits, fair management style

      Cons

      Family RUN business - you are the outsider and answer to everyone there. Salary is not competitive. No one can live on what they pay. Expect to be responsible for a variety of tasks with little to no time to get them completed. Management is clueless on how long each task should take. Poor communication.
