      awesome environment but lacks structure and room to grow

      Pros

      environment and the people who work here are great. You work very independently but can reach out to colleagues when any questions arise. You will gain valuable experience here.

      Cons

      Salary isn't huge and there is not a lot of room to grow. It is hard to see a path forward transitioning to new roles. The role lacks structure and procedures, there isnt always a "right" way to do things and this can lead to discrepancies between projects.
