      Pros

      Co workers are friendly. Work from home .

      Cons

      Worst management. Everyday unpaid overtime.(Mostly till 3AM) People in sales should do sales, just because you are partner doesn't mean you should put your nose in the artist's work. The hierarchy is messed up. They have no idea what the client wants and then blame their employees .

      Management support to employees is very good and they treat everyone as same. very friendly atmosphere. Teams are enjoying and growing quickly.
