Really appreciate this invaluable feedback! And I couldn't agree more, this place is full of really caring, friendly people. In regards to your comments around transparency, I like to think this is an area, compared to most companies, that we do really well. But it's clear, we need to keep working on that. With us being an employee-owned company, we think doing things like sharing our monthly financial reporting, readouts from the weekly VI calls going to each team member, etc. is important. If you feel as though there are decisions being made that you'd want to know more about, please do reach out! I know that myself, Greg, Tammy or really anyone in the VI circle would love to chat with you about that. Glad to have you here and thank you for the honest feedback!

This is invaluable feedback, in particular the comment around sometimes the specific work not being in your skillset. I hope you've felt supported in getting any training that might be needed but I know sometimes that happens after the request. Very glad to hear that, much like me, you enjoy the ability to be able to solution and problem solve with our colleagues. We truly have some of the brightest people here for sure!
