The change in notice period was management decision with the intent to make the transition process smooth for those who were directly working with the customers . Yearly Increment in any organisation depends upon the achievement of the assigned goals. We have given increment to all those who have met their respective goals. As a part of hiring process, before releasing the offer, we make sure that the candidate's are aware of their roles & responsibilities. Not sure what is the issue in your case, need to understand the gap in detail. From past 14+ years, we ensure that our people are paid on time and haven't deferred any salary till date. Payroll & experience letter will be held for those who have not completed the exit process /got absconded from our services.
