- They do not have any idea how to run a company, all decisions taken are very haphazard and have no thoughts behind it (they build an entire site, changed everything about the brand and even sales and marketing campaigns were set up only for the founder to change the BRAND NAME) - No clear instructions are given about the any of the tasks assigned to you and zero help from the founders, basically you'll need to figure everything out on your own. - They do not have a review system in place, as mentioned about you'll need to figure your own tasks out and you will be asked to abandon tasks in the middle of working on it then asked about why it's not complete. This creates an environment of stress and constant pressure - Zero job security: They made me do all the work and fired without notice and didn't even pay me (Lay offs without pay is not mentioned on their offer letter) - The company policies change as per the founders mood.

no work ethics to Vaishnavi they don't know how to treat with employees. they think we are slaves for them as they are paying to us. No job security need to work more then working hours
