- very bad manager
- manager is also the owner, who have no idea about software development , and also have no idea about management but he insert himself in technical discussion without any knowledge
- there is no senior or project manager or any one have a technical background to guide the developers , only psychology team that have no idea about software development too, try to give the developers the requirement.
- the company fire people every month without any reason(developers and artist).
- every developer get a very large project and no one end any thing.
- there is no specific requirement for you to work on , it changed all the time, that makes you enter an infinite loop of changes , and never end any thing.
- if manager see on cameras that any one left his seat he ask the Secretary to give him a warning
- they have a hr team that don't know how to deal with people.
- there is a lot of weird rules like:
you are not allowed to talk to your co-worker "about Work !!"
you are not allowed to help each other !
You are not allowed to put a password on your PC, because the manager open all PC's and copy the work and missing up with the work (developer work and artist work !)
-Official holidays not always given, depends on the owned decision !!
- there is no insurance !
- finally, salaries is fair but if you toke yours fully without any discounts !!, or mistake from hr team
