Chaos, Politics, Lack of Team Concept

You'll get paid. One client that is great to work.

Cons

Training: none Politics: There are two groups. One (small group) that gets favored by the management and one that does not. If you belong to previous, you would love it. High turn over rate. You get 10 minutes to pack your bags and leave. Some of the best people were removed without warning. Management: Bad planning over and over again. Every single project is either delayed or rushed to finish at the end. EVERY SINGLE ONE. I know because i worked there 6 yrs.

Pay is good but that is about it. The best thing about this company is HR. They are good and efficient.

Cons

Management is awful and is not supportive of the employees This is not an IT company and there is no IT infrastructure what so ever Manager don't know anything about IT world Developers treated very badly and no respect or professionalism Employment is at will which means you have one hour to pack and leave

I couldn;t find any Pro's, everything is lacking. The pay is competitive which is key to convince you to bring in with all hype, once you come in - that's it.

Cons

No True Leadership skills. No Vision. No Communication. You will be in Dark Room and you will need to figure out by yourself. Worst Experience ever. No Values to the Employees.
