Low pay with empty promises of "potential" by the owner. High turnover, employees seem to get their experience and leave. Owner likes to micromanage and have seen him berate employees (anger issues maybe). The general consensus of employees seem to be dissatisfied with the owner's management. Owner seems to take advantage of his employee which is why employees don't stay more than a year or two. Very unmotivated work environment - come see for yourself.

Since it is a small team you are dealing a lot with the owner. He is indecisive, goes back and forth on his words a lot, and if you suggest anything to improve the work-abouts for the company you are immediately on his bad side. There is miscommunication all the time because he is not clear with what he wants, and if you ask questions he will think you do not understand anything. He acquires absolutely no leadership skills, but yet when you are there to help he will be annoyed. He doesn’t want to teach people so if you are new to the industry be aware for his personality and how he manages the company. The owner definitely gives out false hope and empty promises, and will not allow you to move forward with the company. There are plenty of other tech companies to work for rather than staying here and slaving away for him.
