Good work/life balance. Was almost always home around 530.
Cons
I was in training as an engineer. I got laid off because of "monetary issues" after 5 whole weeks. Most of the time I was there, I was the only person in the office writing up documents or doing invoices. Only 1 time I actually participated in anything engineering-related.
