      Flexible zero-hours contract but privacy concerns persist

      Pros

      I enjoyed the relative flexibility of this being a zero hours contract. The company offered Christmas gifts, which was a nice token of appreciation.

      Cons

      After I left, I continued to receive emails for placements. I also received an accidental email with confidential information regarding a customer I had never supported (after I had left). I never met “management” or anyone else that worked there, other than for the in-person training day.

      Ability to manage your own schedule.

      Cons

      No benefits, as it was a per diem position. Also, limited patients but almost every agency encounters this.
