Poor management, the people who do the onboarding don't speak english well enough to be out there onboarding people, you are treated as a training mule. You get thrown into meeting with over 100+ people and these guys aren't even able to convey the onboarding clearly, all those docs and presentations are AI made (AI is fine) but they just don't have structure. There are no clear official channels to voice concerns nor ask for direction. They have not even disclosed what they'll pay for the task you're assigned; overall, please run away from this, it is not worth it and they use some really sketchy platforms.
