      their is not pros in company . only cons we will get

      no management. no salary increment expectation. after asking salary increment they will ignore your for some period of time. they will give you a outed knowledge which industry not using at current situation. project is not available that much. their is not guidence or trainer for give you to technical advice.

      -If u new , ready to live in toxic work environment , face mannerless , morelless bosses then join this company only.

      Cons

      - company loves their employees begging for payment and increment. - no pf. - you have to sign a bond with them. They will have a possession of your original educational documents sometimes.clearly company has insecurities. -they do account transfer with different accounts.and Everytime ask to take payment hard cash. I.e they want to hide transactions. They are corrupt ppl. - both Gupta brothers are proper liers and proper 'baniyas' so increment equations are just a illusion there. - sunny Gupta (project manager ) has no talking etiquettes . He talk with employees like they are slaves and have no manners to speak with female employees.
