Low starting salary regardless of experience, bad relationships with clients - leading to account loss and abrupt termination of several recruiters, no empathy for those that were let go, happened middle of the work day, no notice, no severance, and their benefits were termed same day as well

I don't have any cons to share. Like any job, it depends on the person. You have to be a self-starter to work here. You won't get much hand-holding or direction, which I liked. Some people need that though.
