Pros
Leadership was rarely there. Had opportunity to learn few marketable skills. Latest technology was great to learn. Positive working environment.
Cons
No room to grow. Leadership would never listen to staff. At time, maybe only had 8 clients, so much of the time was spent learning new skills, which was great to get better paying position. No benefits, no raises. After while, it became stagnant, and it was mutually decided for me to find another opportunity. Pay was extremely low for the field, management kept promising as soon as business picked up, the "team" would benefit, but that never happened.
