Co-founders do not know how to run this company and have had 0 work experience prior. HR is non-existent, CEO makes horrible business decisions for the sake of vanity like hiring a new employee ahead of layoffs (and ultimately laying them off). The company ran out of money and kept lying to try to get people to stay.
