      I have been around 5 plus years and have gained thorough in-depth knowledge on BFSI sector. There is a good work life balance culture in an organisation.There is well defined career growth for individuals working with the organisation.CPD as a bonus component is good for enhancing knowledge and skills. Employee engagement are regularly held for refreshments of staff from their routine work.All festivals are well enjoyed across the company.

      Cons

      Good Pantry facilities are required to be set up.Staff should be given hybrid model of work since now-a-days many companies have started providing this.
