• A few genuinely nice colleagues who try to stay positive. • You’ll pick up new skills quickly because there’s always plenty to do. • Can be a good short-term opportunity if you’re looking to fill experience gaps.
Cons
• Extremely high staff turnover, people frequently leave or are let go, which says a lot about the environment. • The atmosphere can shift quickly, and not everyone is as genuine or supportive as they appear. • Communication from management can be inconsistent, and expectations often change without notice. • Hard work and initiative aren’t always recognised or rewarded. • Internal politics and subtle tension can make it difficult to feel comfortable. • It could be a really good place to work, but unfortunately a few people let it down. • Can be stressful if you value fairness, transparency, or long-term stability.
