      i could not see anything

      they initially give you a big promises but once you reach to US they will start ignoring you. 1st they will tell, your skills are very outdated and they force you modify your resume with the new skills with adding fake projects. if you ignore their words they will not let you to join any company. very bad experience.

      management was flexible and open to change. Goal oriented vision of the company was easy to get behind and add contributions

      Cons

      there were times when communication was slow in getting to employees. This caused some confusion in goal implementation and lag time in repsonse
