Pros

You will get the best feeling when you leave this company.

Cons

If you wish to enroll yourself in a pre-primary school with three of the worst collogues, feel free to proceed. Under the guise of promoting culture, they will crush your enthusiasm for work and treat you like a bonded slave. Hr role is limited to overseeing people's webwork and serving as an office errand boy, fetching supplies and stamping documents. Hr possess no knowledge about human resources but excel at torching employees in the name of company culture. What's interesting is that they deliberately delay salary payments until the 7th, in an attempt to discourage employees from leaving. The person responsible for the company's growth lacks maturity, displaying a childish and self-centered mindset. He constantly meddle in others' work and have had an insatiable appetite for treats since childhood , like food is not cooked in his house. For your information, a treat is some eatables you have to give when you've done something wrong or violated company culture.( which you should do). To destroy your career they will make you work for 3 months under probation then will have a 1:1 with you and said we don't need you . Yes!!! No PIP , trainings, direct termination. Imagine you just settled in 3 month in new city and now you got 1:1 and you have to search for a job with this 3 month of experience So, if you enjoy being subjected to nine hours of bonded labor, where even after completing your tasks, you must mindlessly scroll or click, without any reprieve during lunchtime, then this is the perfect place for you. Lastly the C levels expectations are only from 1 person , who they think is running the company. If he say they have to do a strip dancing , they will do it without hesitation .

Pros

The only time you will feel good in Allevents is when you leave is this company.

Cons

If you wish to enrol yourself in a pre-primary school with three of the worst colleagues, feel free to proceed. Under the guise of promoting culture, they will crush your enthusiasm for work and treat you like a bonded slave. Hr role is limited to overseeing people's webwork and serving as an office boy, fetching supplies, and stamping documents. Hr possess no knowledge about human resources but excel at torching employees in the name of company culture. What is interesting is that they deliberately delay salary payments until the 7th, in an attempt to discourage employees from leaving. The person responsible for the company's growth lacks self-growth and maturity, displaying a childish and self-centred mindset. He constantly meddles in others' work and have had an insatiable appetite for treats since childhood. For your information, a treat is something given when you've done something wrong or violated company culture. So, if you enjoy being subjected to nine hours of bonded labour, where even after completing your tasks, you must mindlessly scroll or click, without any reprieve during lunchtime, then this is the perfect place for you. The worst thing is 1:1 - they will make you work under 3-month probation and then have 1:1 every month to say that your performance is not good and at last TATA BBYE... You career is gone, with 3 month of experience and if you just shifted to company location, dude you are gone. Lastly the C level man, he thinks that company is run only by 1 man and whatever he says is done. If someday he says he must do dance on roof he will do it without hesitation. Get some humanity and don't ruin someone career in name of company culture and performance.
