From day one, all the employees in Comapany was very helpful and focus on employee growth and development advancement As a first-time expatriate, I was naturally anxious about moving to a new country and starting a job in an unfamiliar environment. However, from the moment I joined Algoteque, the HR team and my colleagues went above and beyond to ensure a seamless transition. Before my arrival, the HR department assisted me with the visa application process, providing clear instructions and timely updates. They also arranged airport pickup and temporary accommodation, making sure I felt comfortable from day one.The senior management of company is share their ideas and opinions, fostering a sense of inclusivity and trust. The company culture is fantastic. The teams are very supportive and always ready to lend a helping hand. Of course, like any workplace, there are occasional challenges, but the company's transparent and proactive approach to addressing issues impressed me.
