just one Pros that u will get salary on time , but that too not your full salary .

Cons

most importantly HR are worse here . You either send mail or call them you will get no response from them . your Leaves , salary details any problem you got you have to bear the mental torture but no one will reply you . Salary : always you will get less salary from your package , but as said follow up is waste of time with them . In my opinion if you are getting high salary here still do not approach for this .

Good Afternoon, Kindly be informed, we make sure all issues are sorted on time and we monitor every call and make sure the employees are updated on there issues. We have also shared the escalation matrix to all the employees so that any moment they feel that there is no response they contact the further escalation level. We work Mon-Fri (9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm) and any employee calls post the timings then management will not be available to respond. This is the worst company ever I have worked

Please go through the total term and conditions. This company may cheat you by telling words and getting signature on something else in the paper. Please choose some other consultancy under which you should work. If you will go through this consultancy, then you may get problem at the end. It is almost more than 45 days has gone they are not processing my F & F settlement. If anybody faces same problem then donot forget to give your comment here. If you face some problem due to this consulting company(Alchemy Solutions) then post here as much bad impression you have as possible.

Getting pay-slip and getting F & Final settlement is the challanging task here
