1.No work life balance. 2.Too much of politics if you join with some years of experience, you would be thrown out in your probation period. 3.Even you have to work on Sunday's. 4.Should be able to work under pressure. 5.Boss doesn't respect their employee. 6.Confidentiality is not maintained between HR and employee. 7.Salary would be credited post 15 of next month. 8.High paying salaries are given in installment. 9.They provide a good half/yearly appraisal but they are just on papers. My last two months salary is pending.

I worked here for more than 1 year. They give you a good rise on your current package but that is only on paper because they do not pay salaries on time. They still have not cleared my last two months salary. Work pressure is too high but in return you never get any kind of appreciation. No new technologies are used there, nothing new to learn. In a nutshell, working here is a mental harassment.
