      Pros

      Thus has been my favorite place to work so far for several reasons. Performance bonuses are great compared to other places where you get nothing additional for going above and beyond. The team here is amazing and supportive if you want to learn from them. PTO and benefits are pretty good compared to other places as well.

      Sometimes everyone is so busy with their tasks, that it feels like you're on your own. You're NOT, but it can feel that way. My team is 100% remote, so it's easy to feel like you're on an island.
