      No pros come to mind

      Cons

      Poor management in every department. No functional processes in place (or any from the 21st century, get ready to use whiteboards for project tracking). Unqualified people in positions of power. Zero focus on fixing issues that will help the company long-term. Upper management makes head scratching decisions frequently resulting in increased workload on employees.

      There are no pros to working there. Besides your coworkers

      You are micromanaged to death.There is no work life balance. They will reach out to you on the weekends, your time off and they will constantly tell you, you're not doing a good enough job
