Pros

Very ambitous Throw big parties Lots of free food and drinks

Cons

Management think the Canadian team are not very good, don't work hard enough and aren't up to their standard. Australian office runs everything so the team in NA have to work to their schedule - and all major decisions made there which takes ownership away from actual teams on the ground. Constant gaslighting. 3 Managing Directors in under a year. Expectations to work 24/7 and be on calls late into the night every night. Tons of internal power fighting and lots of power plays. Partners don't trust each other and talk behind each others backs. Client leads hoard their relationships over the leadership. 3rd party brought in to review why culture was so bad. Zero work life balance - and this is celebrated as being necessary. Bad behaviours rewarded. The list goes on...
