There is no career advancement, raise in pay is either non existent or minimal 100bam. The company has toxic rules and management is terrible. It's a great company for a starter just so you can add something to your CV but not a place where you can grow, only to scheme against management.

Management is absolutely horrible and does not care about the "employee you" as they claim they do. Too busy minding your personal business to care about your work performance. Salary was very sad for the amount of responsibility and work you have, and I have been told off for discussing salary with other employees - hint, no one's paid the same and it's not based on experience/performance. Terrible office politics, toxic work environment. Vacation days were respected but holidays are a draw of luck.
