      Pizza lunch on fridays, great products that make a difference in people's lives, and most people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      No room for personal or professional growth, very little upward mobility in the company, owners of the company are extremely self interested and put profit above customer and staff well-being.

      Great place to learn what bad software development processes/management and lack of business vision.

      Cons

      Bait and switch since day one. Management has no clue what they want and what they are doing. Worst they don’t listen.
