Pros

- They offer free lunch, mostly because the location of the office is so remote, you won't find a place to eat in a 2km radius

Cons

Don't believe the positive reviews, I'm going to start by saying this is the worst company I've worked for in my 20 year career, they changed their name due to their terrible reputation, and have a lot of complaints, and even lawsuits with the "ministerio de trabajo" if you are a good developer/PM/QA know they pay very well but you'll be out of there in no time. - They offer free lunch, mostly because the location of the office is so remote, you won't find a place to eat in a 2km radius - "Discount at a local gym" this means a small discount any group of 5 people can get at said gym -Free private medical insurance AFTER A YEAR!!! – Later you find out nobody stays in this company for more than a few months. - Referral bonus – kind of… they offer a referral bonus (if you are brave enough to refer a friend) they never mentioned how much, when will it be paid or how. - No working from home. Worst Work Environment This is hands down the major flaw in this company, there’s a so called CTO/Manager that will never talk to you, unless he has something bad to say about your work, you will never get a “Kudos” or “good job” from this guy, he will have zero trust on your knowledge and experience as a professional, no people skills to speak off, although he is the “leader” of the development team, he is no leader, he’s only someone that barks orders at people. For example, we had a meeting with our project manager, (a real professional) he goes on to say that he presented his resignation the day before alleging he was sick of the CTO, his unprofessionalism, and the way nobody in upper management was open to change the extremely messed up procedure that was in place. This happened after just 2 weeks in this place! The next week the “CEO” comes in and yells at one of the developers for eating breakfast at his desk (remember there’s is no place to eat in a 2km radius), the developers resigns on the spot, then upper management proceeds to call everyone on a meeting, where one of the topics of discussion was “what was allowed to eat at your desk” I kid you not. After this incident another developer resigned, when asked why he only said he was sick of someone there, Notice a trend? Then a QA resigned seeking a better opportunity closer to his place. Then a QA was fired by the CTO. Then the IT manager resigned, who was not getting along with the CTO and upper management in general. Another person had a disagreement with the CTO, not an argument just a difference of professional opinion on how things were handled, and the CTO will not talk to him for 3 weeks until he got him fired... You may ask “where’s HR in all of this?” well, we all asked the same question, and we had no answer. And so on until about 12 people left in less than 3 months, this is in company where only 60 people work! Upper management will scream and slam doors at each other, and they will call it a “challenging work environment” They will ask you for impossible deliveries and they will call it, “tight timelines” I know for a fact everyone there is constantly looking for a better opportunity, and the moment they get it they leave. If you see some positive reviews on this site, it’s only because upper management asked that we should leave good reviews. And the worst of all is that they will dispose of you at any time, so it’s just a matter of months between they will hire and you and you leave, just make sure you resign before they let you go, this is the kind of company that will trash talk you after you leave.

Pros

Lunch Every day. 3 days WFH

Cons

had the opportunity to work at this company, which operated under different names at different times - SBR Marketing Digital and Advision Development, in addition to having a parallel entity called ClicksoftCR. My experience at this company left much to be desired on several fronts. First and foremost, the human resources management was lacking. Those responsible for this area were often absent, didn't propose activities, and the processes were notably slow. Even a simple task like requesting a payroll order could take up to a week to be processed. The administrative side was also subpar. With the exception of one or two members of the management team (in the technology department), most lacked soft skills, and overall communication with subordinates was poor. Furthermore, the company had a serious issue with a former Technology Manager, of whom it became known that he harassed female colleagues and there were even rumors of physical aggression towards a former employee in the design department, who resigned due to this situation. The Technology Manager seemed disconnected from the reality of the employees and, on multiple occasions, verbally and morally offended them without a proper understanding of the actual situation within the company. Favoritism and unjustified sanctions towards employees whom the manager wanted to leave the company were also evident. Instead of fulfilling legal obligations, the manager resorted to harassing and punishing those employees. It is important to emphasize that the company (under both the names Advision Development and Clicksoft) was aware of these situations but acted belatedly. Furthermore, the company had a 'rush' mentality where proper processes were not respected, resulting in complaints at the end of project developments due to issues that could have been avoided with more appropriate management. In summary, my experience at this company was disappointing in terms of human resources, administrative management, and the lack of action in critical situations. I hope the company has taken steps to improve these areas and provide its employees with a safer and more professional work environment.

Pros

They develop for sportsbooks industry, there is a great tech stack and you get free lunches.

Cons

There's not stability. They usually make people and whole teams quit after warning them for no reason. They used to be called SBR NetMarketing. They don't have the best reputation in the market. They told employees in the past to write good reviews in Glassdoor because of their bad ratings.
