Where do I start? To keep it concise, the managers are unaware how to manage - they can micromanage you or not care at all. They can be unhelped with vulnerabilities with their employees and dealing with mentally health struggles. Empathy they give is fake and practiced just to stay in line with HR needs. No real support for people with ADHD/ Autism unless you are made upset and push for reasonable adjustments to be made. Monitored wrap time, which doesn’t give you enough breathing space between constant calls to keep mentally sane. Rules are changing all the time but they won’t communicate them to you until it’s too late and you’ve made a mistake which wasn’t your fault. I could go on but I’ll take a breather.

Very dull and repetitive day. Just sending emails all day. Micro-management for the amount of work that you need to complete. One or two jobs came up for career progression but not much hope.
