      Despite being a "Managed Service provider" they dedicated a lot of energy on Employee training programs.

      Cons

      They were unable to give adequate raises because of the contract with the company

      Definitely could use some time spent on gender equity in the organization as a whole.

      Pros

      Well established ERP company with over 30 years of implementation experience focused on a single industry, overhead doors. Very supportive and creative management and staff. Most employees have been with the company for over 10 years. Long term client relationships and clients are more like partners than customers. Very honest Christian business philosophy where employee's work/life balance is very important.

      Cons

      Everyone wears multiple hats. Would love to see some additional dedicated administrative positions.
