      1. Situated in amanora mall

      Cons

      1. No washroom in the company, Coffee machine with no coffee. For washrooms you will have to use mall washrooms. And for refreshments you will have to walk 10 min. 2. No health insurance , no basic facility, no benefits working in company. 3. Company doesn't have ethics of working. Any harassment complaints simply dismissed by HR. CEO will not take any action and simply ignore the situation. 4. HR policy changes everyday. No people interaction and activities planed in office. 5. Disgusting company environment. 6. Not feeling safe while working. 7. This company hires people for short duration,after project they will simply fire you. 8. This company might ask your part of paycheck for anything. 9. Worst management ever. 10. If you are looking for job security, then this company not for you. 11. You can get fired for no reason. 12. No experienced people in office, everyone is fresher.

      1. Toxic painful environment. Near to death experience. 2. Talented people didn't get chance for high position only nepotism serves here. 3. CEO is totally unprofessional. Much interested in employees personal life rather than clients and requirements. 4. Work from home is not allowed in covid situation too. 5. Mismanagement of everything , literally developers opens and close office, fill water tank and coffee machine and sometimes wash cups too. 6. Worst notice period experience. 7 . Employees get mentally abused everyday with no work life balance. 8 . HR is puppet of senior management can't able to solve employees issues. 9. Worst policy and salary management. With worst appraisal.

      you will get some work if you have nowhere else to go

      Cons

      1.office lacking in basic amenities 2.No health insurance 3.hr policies changes anytime (in support of company) 4.No award,reward or recognition 5.3 month notice period (so it is also difficult to switch from here) 6.No person who is expert of any technology: so you will not get any chance to improve yourself 7.No team outing,no parties, no fun , never.
