This is a company that is incapable of manufacturing anything correctly and worse they have a long history of falsifying inspection results. Leadership is invisible at all levels. Management is woefully inadequate. And although the term racist gets thrown around too easily. Not a single member of management that isn’t a white male. As an employee if you’re messing up and white you get multiple chances to “correct” the issue. If you’re Hispanic, like me, zero conversations about your performance and you’re just let go. Not that I care because I was leaving anyways. But strange that I wasn’t afforded the respect to be told my performance was in question.
