Pros

The only positive I can state are the relationships and friendships I made with co-workers while i worked there.

Cons

The CEO is a chronic liar. He lies to his employees, his customers, and he does it to further some self-motivated hidden agenda. He is an ego-maniac, and is a complete narcissist. Every business decision he makes is driven by greed. The CFO, his brother, is a bully who harasses employees on a daily basis, especially female employees. There is absolutely no room for growth there. If you are hired for help-desk, you will stay there until you quit. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Lasting relationships with employees. Technical employees have true talent that you can learn from.

Cons

Most unethical ownership and management I have ever seen. Sells customers used products as new. Promises employees goal based benefits (profit sharing, etc.) and never follow through. No employee reviews, which also means no chance for increase in compensation. High turnover as nobody likes being exposed to sexist, racist, degrading slurs from ownership.

If your just getting into the tech industry this might be a place for you. Learn as quick as you can then gtfo!

Cons

Underpaid. Underappreciated. What advancement? If anything, your advancement is you taking the previous employee's job because they smartened up and left! Turnover is very high for technical positions.
