      * Work remote (depending on the contract) * Fair pay * Transparent and helpful operations team.

      Cons

      * Health insurance is 60/40 (you/company) and the plans aren't great. * No FSA * Saturday-Friday work week

      People that work here are nice and willing to work.

      Cons

      Management is inconsistent. Training sucks and you do everything other than your job title and it’s your fault that you wasn’t trained properly.Supervisor is alway gone and not in the office. Pay it terrible with no growth and no raises.
