Pros
Great work environment, great people, really good opportunities to understand the work and build up counselling skills. Talking to birth families and adoptive couples was rewarding to bring families together.
Cons
I don't really have a lot of negative things to say about this organization. I felt supported throughout my employment, and were understanding when I had to leave to further y career.
