At times, you might miss the cozy chats (don't hold your breath for those yearly performance reviews - the company swears they're more elusive than enlightening!)

being ahead of the curve (personalised benefits system), job is not boring, as the company is small and there is a lot of room to grow, good team parties, friendly co-workers, flat hierarchy
