Pros
- It can be a good company to start working for in IT field in Verona but probably you can find better ones - The company is quite solid and does prompt payments - If it's your first work AND you happen to work in the right team you can learn a lot
Cons
- Some bad habits - You have to embrace totally their values to make a career - There's a lot of turnover in the lower levels: new faces every christmas meeting but with the same employees total number - They tend to hire only new graduates - Probably the best salary you will get is the one you negotiate when you get hired - A lot of low budget projects, done by new graduates with zero to low experience
