We are given great opportunities to learn and grow professionally. I enjoy the level of autonomy I am given. The leadership team is composed of wonderful and competent people that are nice to work with. The general culture of the organization makes us want to give our best and the atmosphere has a real positive vibe that makes it easy to come to work. One of the best thing about working at Adaptiv is the great flexibility for work-life balance. To me, that's what makes all the difference.
Cons
I would like the HR team to be bigger, but this the reality of working at a small company.
