Pros
The technology and innovative culture is exceptional. You can tell leadership really cares and doesn't just tell you to do tasks, but will show you how to do it.
Cons
The company is small (but growing). They raise multiple rounds of funding in tranches, rather than 1 big round which I think potentially slows down growth.

Love working here, lots of room to make an impact, and a strong growth trajectory.
