Pros
The people working here are genuinely nice, the environment is friendly and chill. Very good collaboration between the teams and the managers are knowledgeable. You can choose your working hours - whatever fits your schedule. Paid additional vacation days. Paid study leave. Study sponsorship. Working remote almost 100% of the time.
Cons
There is no career path, zero opportunities for growth horizontally, unless someone leaves or goes into maternity. No new hires, so whenever someone resigns their tasks are just distributed to their peers. The salaries are below the industry average. Bonuses are once a year and very small for most people.
