They do not know their butts from a hole in the ground. They have no direction and have reverted back to the "old" way of doing things. The COO has no clue and was recently promoted after releasing people that were completely loyal to them in both the HQ and Bristol.

If you're considering working here, I'd honestly think twice. The pay is ridiculously low and never gets better. No raises, no bonuses, nothing to even keep up with everyday expenses. On top of that, the benefits are awful, especially the health insurance, which costs more each year while covering less. Day to day, you'll notice how disconnected leadership is from the rest of the staff. Unless you're in their inner circle, you're basically left in the dark with no clear direction. Over time, you stop feeling like part of a team and start feeling like the enemy. If you're looking for stability, respect, and growth, this isn't the place to find it.
