1) Salary pending - Salary is pending for all employees 2) PF Violation - They deducted PF amount from salary and not Credited to EPF accounts. The grievance is already raised by all employees 6) work culture - Bad work culture

1. Salaries were getting delayed. Initially, salaries were deposited within the 10th of every month and it became the last week of every month. 2. Management without any vision or focus. 3. PF was deducted every month, but never actually deposited to EPF.
