Good when family issues arise, standard pay for industry, peers were nice to work with,

No place for advancement, did not feel apart of a team environment, no opportunities for further training and development,

People are nice, they have plenty of work and let you work not much micromanaging which is a plus and they have good healthcare package
Cons
Repetitive work but that goes for any job
