After a long and winded hiring process, ARuVR employed me as a full-time Marketing & Event Manager. My Induction was managed online in a very unusual way by the PA of the CEO, who appeared not having an extensive knowledge on digital marketing and events management. No instructions received regarding onboarding agenda, no access to my Google workspace until late morning; difficulties in setting up the computer for lack of login and passwords; argumentative attitude and Difficulties in accessing complete and reliable information throughout the day, argumentative attitude towards my request to fully access marketing applications; unclear role of the recruiter as a mediator on behalf of Kelcye from 6 pm to 9 pm. After only two days of induction I was dismissed for 'cultural fit' and 'financials' problems" -
