The management team at ARYSE is kind and honest and treat team members with respect. There is also excellent transparency regarding any company direction updates, which is important because their direction has evolved massively over a short period of time.

Cons

The limited success of the company overall has been marked by a lack of growth strategy. A series of poor business decisions has resulted in the team shrinking to 1/10th the size it was just 4 years ago.
