Pros
Great holiday entitlement + 2 days in the office and 3 from home. Good Management - overall I have felt supportive when needed. Everyone in the business works incredibly hard and generally it's a really nice place to work.
Cons
There are never enough hours in the day and it can be a struggle to get everything done.
