- Gave experience of a fast passed disorganized design firm - A quick learning environment - Gave me years of experience for a better job

- Leadership didn’t know how to properly communicate such as improper/ lack of communication on deadlines and calling out individuals in front of the whole company - Senior members took precedence in a debate regardless of who was actually in the right - Lack of a desire for change - Bad pay; after 4 years I still wasn’t making the low end of average salary (from Indeed) for this position - Unreasonable hours for the pay given
