      - Great staff to work with; collaborative and supportive environment -Makes consistent efforts to support career development -The Principal engineer is approachable, always available, and easy to work with -Strong in-office presence improves communication and teamwork -Field days are long, but the work is meaningful and rewarding - Numerous rest days following field work are a much-appreciated benefit -Upper management is transparent, honest, and trustworthy

      If you join this company, pack a bag — you’ll be living in the field for your first year and a half, two weeks at a time. Hope you like hotels and gas station snacks

      "Unlimited Time Off" until they decide you hit the limit arbitrarily

      Cons

      Low wages for amount of work required. Expects you to sacrifice for the company while they give nothing in return. Ignores HR complaints. Favors people in offices near leadership for raises and promotions. No career path because they expect you to do grunt work your whole career. Talks a lot about the culture and values as an expectation for employees but leadership fails to follow through on any of those values.
